At the time this registration process opened, Monona Terrace is adhering to the Dane County Order that requires:

1. WCHQ is following the recommendations for in-person attendance for fully-vaccinated persons. If you are not vaccinated, we highly recommend you register for the virtual option. 
2.  Fully Vaccinated Individuals. Individuals are fully vaccinated: Two (2) weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose vaccine series for COVID-19 (such as PfizerBioNTech’s or Moderna’s vaccine) or two (2) weeks after their first dose in a single-dose vaccine series for COVID-19 (such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine). a. Individuals do not need to maintain six (6) feet of physical distancing or wear a face covering when outdoors or in an enclosed space: i. Where all individuals are fully vaccinated; ii. Where fully vaccinated individuals are with individuals from a single household or living unit who: a) are not fully vaccinated and are not at an increased risk for severe COVID-19 disease as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found at: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/need-extraprecautions/index.html; and b) do not reside with anyone who is not fully vaccinated and at an increased risk increased risk for severe COVID-19 disease as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found at: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/need-extraprecautions/index.html b. Fully vaccinated individuals must continue to follow all aspects of this Order unless specifically exempted under this Section. 10. Businesses must follow all regulatory and licensing requirements. 
3. The registration fee is $75 for either in-person or virtual. 
4. Box lunches will be available at noon. Space will be available in the conference room and in other areas at Monona Terrace that allow social distancing.
